The BLM requests OMB approval, under a new control number, for: • Modifications of some of the existing information collection requirements currently approved under control number 1004-0073; and • New information collection requirements. After a final rule becomes effective and OMB approval of the new control number, the BLM anticipates that it will seek to consolidate the proposed collection activities with control number 1004-0073.
