Pursuant to the issuance of a
final rule publishing revisions to the current section 503
implementing regulations, this ICR seeks approval of a separate OMB
Control Number that covers certain section 503 recordkeeping
requirements. OFCCP promulgated the final rule and the information
collection requirements contained therein in accordance with the
Administrative Procedure Act.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
