Short Statement: Pursuant to the issuance of a final rule publishing revisions to the current section 503 implementing regulations, this ICR seeks approval of a separate OMB Control Number that covers certain section 503 recordkeeping requirements. OFCCP promulgated the final rule and the information collection requirements contained therein in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act.
