As a part of this submission,
the Agency is correcting the wrongly inclusion of burden in the
previous submission for Farm Storage Facility Loan (FSFL)
respondents. Under the 2008 Farm Bill, the FSFL is exempt from the
PRA and remains exempt from the PRA. This correction accounts for
an adjustment decrease of 2,000 respondents, 2,000 responses and
2,500 burden hours. There are fewer farmers reporting the
information accounting for the remaining adjustment decrease of
1,112 respondents, 2,532 responses and 1,563 burden hours. The
combination of these two actions results in a total adjustment
decrease of -3,112 respondents, -4,532 responses and -4,063 burden
hours.
