Response is required in order to assure that tests have been made on scales to show their accuracy so that live poultry may be weighed (9 CFR 201.72). Information held confidential (9 CFR 201.96).

According to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, no persons are required to respond to a collection of information unless it displays a valid OMB control number.
