The United States International Trade Commission (Commission), at the request of the U.S. Senate Committee on Finance (Committee), is preparing a report on digital trade in the U.S. and global economies. The report will provide an overview of digital trade. In addition to consulting publicly available sources, the Commission will issue a questionnaire to firms to collect vital information relevant to the Committee's request.

The burden on firms increased because of a request from the Committee to provide a report on U.S. digital trade. Such data are not publicly available. This is a one-time collection for such data. The Committee's request letter is attached as a supplemental document
