The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) proposes a one-time data collection of demographic, economic, and social information about the grouper-tilefish component of the Gulf of Mexico reef fish fishery under the Grouper-Tilefish Individual Fishing Quota (IFQ) Program. The proposed data collection also inquires about the industry's perceptions, attitudes, and beliefs about the performance of the IFQ program.
