This collection of information does not employ statistical methods. The information requested in this ICR is not in the form of a traditional survey and will not include an analysis using any statistical methods or formal tabulation.
There is no potential sampling or potential respondent selection method to be used with the template under application.
As this collection of information does not employ statistical methods, there is no stratification and sample selection, estimation procedure, degree of accuracy needed for the purpose described in the justification, unusual problems requiring specialized sampling procedures, or use of periodic (less frequent than annual) data collection cycles to reduce burden.
No methods of response rate maximization will be used in relation to the template under application. No sampling or statistical yields are needed as this is not a statistically-dependent data collection.
No pilot testing of the template under application is required.
There are no statistical aspects, design, or collection for the template under application. Therefore, no individuals were consulted for statistical design and no individuals are responsible for collecting any statistical data for the agency.
