The storytelling template is a single page, double-sided guide for public health preparedness storytellers, or "sources", to provide a story "lead" including a headline and three bullet points for potential follow up at a later date. The intent of this worksheet is to guide the development of bullets and headlines describing successes, impacts, and other funding-related activities for public health preparedness and response.
