This information collection describes the recordkeeping requirements for HUD's Continuum of Care Program that demonstrates compliance with the eligibility standards and program agreements. The data identifies who benefits from the CoC Program and how statutory and regulatory requirements are satisfied. The respondents are state and local government recipients and local government and nonprofit subrecipients.
