Abstract: The annual Judicial Survey of the Pretrial Services Agency for the District of Columbia (hereinafter, "PSA") solicits feedback from judicial officers at the Superior Court of the District of Columbia and the United States District Court for the District of Columbia on the services PSA provides to these courts and to defendants released pending trial. Gauging the opinions of our most important partners will allow us to improve the quality and delivery of our services and supervision and meet our mission of promoting pretrial justice and enhancing community safety.
