Subject: PUBLIC COMMENT ON FEDERAL REGISTER Re: diseases causd bypolicies of the us govt in the usda and plant pollution by toxic chemicals
TOBACCO SPENDING ALSO NEEDS TO BE TOTALLY SHUT DOWN AND NOT FUNDED AT ALL AND THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE IMMEDIATELY. SMOKING IS LEGAL IN THE USA. IF WE KNOW IT KILLS PEOPLE, MAKE IT ILLEGAL AND THEN ALL SMOKING WOULD STOP. THIS USE OF TAXPAYER DOLLARS IS LUDICROUS TOTAL WASTE AND REPREHENSIBLE AS A WASTEFUL ACTION. STOP SPENDING ON TOBACCO WHICH WAS SHOWN TO BE HARMFUL TO HEALTH IN 1950. ITS OVER 63 YEARS LATER. ITS TIME TO STOP WASTING TAX DOLLARS. THIS COMMENT IS FOR THE PUBILC RECORD. PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT. JEAN PUBILC
