HUD is seeking approval from
the Office of Management and Budget
(OMB) for the information collection
described below. In accordance with the
Paperwork Reduction Act, HUD is
requesting comment from all interested
parties on the proposed collection of
information. The purpose of this notice
is to allow for 60 days of public
comment.

currently approved collection.
Form Number: HUD–2737.
Description of the need for the
information and proposed use: Begin
settlement process. This information
collected on the subject form, HUD–
2537 (Mortgagee’s Application for
Partical Settlement-Multifamily
Mortgage), provides the required
information to determine the partial
amount. This amount is computed in
accordance with the foregoing statutory
provisions and regulations promulgated
there under in 24 CFR 207 (B), Contracts
Rights and Obligations.

ACTION: Notice of availability.
AGENCY:

In accordance with the
National Environmental Policy Act of
1969, as amended, and the Federal Land
Policy and Management Act of 1976, as
amended, the Bureau of Land
Management (BLM) San Luis Valley
Field Office prepared a Draft Resource
Management Plan Amendment (RMPA)
with an associated Environmental
Assessment (EA) for the San Luis
Resource Area and by this notice is
announcing the opening of the public
comment period.
DATES: To ensure that comments will be
considered, the BLM must receive
written comments on the draft RMPA
and associated EA by January 21, 2014.
The BLM will announce future meetings
or hearings and any other public
participation activities at least 15 days
in advance through public notices,
media releases and/or mailings.
