There is no actual reduction. The burden has been reduced as the numbers have been entered in ROCIS as noted in the 2014 Supporting Statement. Please note that the 2011 Supporting Statement contains the same numbers as the 2014 Supporting Statements. It appears that the previous (2011) ICR burden rates were entered incorrectly in ROCIS and as a result, when entering the correct numbers it causes a decrease in the rates.
