Short Statement: There is a program change in the number of respondents from 1539 to 907 (-632), responses from 1831 to 1050 (-781) and burden hours from 883 to 506 (-377) because Farm Service Agency (FSA) has implemented a fast track process just for the severe drought that they do not require a request from Governor and provide a loss date.
