2010
US Code: 42 USC 1753(b) Name of Law: the
Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act of 2010
This is a non-substantive
revision. Based on feedback from State agencies and in an effort to
reduce burden, FNS will require less information to be provided in
the agency's quarterly report. This change results in a reduction
of burden time from an estimated 1 hour per quarterly report to 15
minutes; the program change to reduce the quarterly report
requirement will result in a decrease of 168 burden hours.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
The following is a summary of the topics, regarding
the proposed collection of information, that the certification
covers:
(i) Why the information is being collected;
(ii) Use of information;
(iii) Burden estimate;
(iv) Nature of response (voluntary, required for a
benefit, or mandatory);
