The Project Staff Questionnaire (PSQ) is the second and final survey for the FY 2013 HUDQC Study. The HUDQC study, as you may recall, measures the amount and sources of error associated with determinations of eligibility and tenant rent in HUD programs nationwide.

As you know, the Department of Housing and Urban Development is conducting a nationwide study to measure the amount and sources of error associated with determinations of eligibility and tenant rent in the Public Housing, Section 8, Section 202, and Section 811 programs.
