Abstract: VA obtains this information to ensure its oversight regarding the VA funds under management by fiduciaries who are appointed by VA to manage VA benefits on behalf of beneficiaries. A fiduciary must submit proof of adequate bonding with each annual accounting and at any other time VA requires.
