The overall increase of 1,849 hours, and 1,142 responses with this submission is attributed to RUS now accounting for its own hours and responses using eleven RHS forms. The burden has previously been covered in several different RHS approved collection packages. Of the increase, 23 hours and 30 responses are a violation (shown as a program change) when it was discovered that three forms were inadvertantly dropped during renewal submission of RHS collection packages.
