US Code:
7 USC
8301 Name of Law: Animal Health Protection Act of 2002
Adjustments occurred since the
number of responses per respondent dropped from 10 in 2010 to 5 in
2013, decreasing the total number of responses from 500 to 250 and
the total burden hours from 1000 to 500. The number of respondents
did not change. The reason for the change is due to more accurate
estimates by APHIS of the actual number of health certificates
requested and prepared.
