Section B. Statistical Methods
B1. Respondent Universe and Sampling Methods
The population will be current and past Innovative Molecular Analysis Technologies (IMAT) grantees. No sampling is planned.
B2. Procedures for the Collection of Information
All investigators who have received their initial awards in the past 10 years from the IMAT program began will receive a letter inviting them to participate in this information collection. Participants will be asked to complete a web-based survey that is anticipated to take between 30 to 90 minutes of their time.
B3. Methods to Maximize Response Rates and Deal with Nonresponse
A single “reminder” email will be sent to investigators that have not responded within one to two months of the initial email to encourage participation.
B4. Test of Procedures or Methods to be Undertaken
There are no plans for test of procedures.
B5. Individuals Consulted on Statistical Aspects and Individuals Collecting and/or Analyzing Data
These people were consulted on the statistical aspects of this project.
