We are reaching out to you as a grantee of the National Cancer Institute’s (NCI) Innovative Molecular Analysis Technologies (IMAT) program. Please note that this survey is meant to accurately capture the outcomes (if any) of efforts supported under the aforementioned award. Please note, your answers will not be used as a component of a formal evaluation or considered in regards to any future awards from the NIH. No information provided in this survey will be publicly disclosed except in aggregation with other survey responses, unless it is specifically requested and you give specific permission to allow such disclosure.

Your participation in this survey is very important for pursuing continued investment from the NCI in maintaining the IMAT program, and also for our ongoing efforts to improve the overall management of the program. Please feel free to contact the IMAT Program Director, Dr. Tony Dickherber ([email protected], (301)547-9980) with any questions or concerns regarding this survey or the IMAT program generally.
