Miscellaneous Actions
After multiple efforts to recruit focus group participants, we were unable to meet the required participation levels. In order to better inform the study findings, we are proposing to conduct short one-on-one telephone interviews with the target clients to augment the focus group data. Burden for the telephone interviews is estimated at 30 hours, however, due to lower response rates earlier in the study, the overall burden is reduced by 50 hours and 40 responses.
