In May, we mailed you instructions for completing the 2013 Annual Capital Expenditures Survey (ACES) questionnaire online. We have not received a response. By completing this survey, you will provide valuable input to our nation’s system of economic statistics. We remind you that Title 13, United States Code, Sections 131 and 182, authorizes the Census Bureau to conduct this survey. Sections 224 and 225, require your response. Section 9 guarantees that your response is confidential and will only be used for statistical purposes. To avoid further action and help the Census Bureau to reduce the cost of further follow-up work, please complete your ACES form online immediately.
