In May, we mailed you instructions for completing the 2013 Annual Capital Expenditures Survey (ACES). We have not received a response. By completing this survey, you will provide valuable input to our nation’s system of economic statistics. We remind you that Title 13, United States Code, Sections 131 and 182, authorizes the Census Bureau to conduct this survey. Sections 224 and 225, require your response. Section 9 guarantees your response is confidential and will only be used for statistical purposes.

Please complete the enclosed questionnaire and return it immediately OR complete the survey online by going to the Business Help Site at econhelp.census.gov/aces. Use the 11-digit Username and Password shown below the address label on the questionnaire.

If book figures are not available, we accept reasonable estimates. If you have questions, need help completing the survey, or need an extension of time for filing, please call 1-800-528-3049. If you recently submitted your report, we thank you and ask that you disregard this notice.
