Abstract: Under Title 28, Section 534, U.S. Code, the Department of Justice, would request Supplementary Homicide data from law enforcement agencies in order to acquire, collect, classify, and preserve national data on criminal offenses as part of the Uniform Crime Reports and publication, Crime in the United States.
