The burden estimate for this information collection has been revised downward to reflect the actual responses received during calendar year 2012. The number of unemployment applications and claims has decreased primarily due to less unemployment in the rail industry as many claimants have returned to their regular railroad employers. We have shown the decrease of -63,742 responses and -6,764 burden hours as an adjustment.
