Appeals and Succession Requests Assumes 3 appeals and 3 succession requests.



















Number of Applications Estimated 275 applicants with 270 eligible participants. Of the applications - 124 are biodiesel, 65 are anaerobic digesters, 30 are ethanol, 50 are pellets, and 6 are others. These estimates are based on the number of producers enrolled for 2013 plus 5% increase of new enrollees.





Production information Assumes 80% of the 270 eligible participants submit quarterly payment requests (864 payments per year). This is based on payment requests received in FY 2012 and 2013.




Number of Contracts New contracts entered into with new the 13 new producers. The balance of the contracts are carried forward from previous years and do not require updates.




















Payment Requests Assumes 80% of the 270 eligible participants submit quarterly payment requests.
