There will be follow-up calls to 1,000 RCC and ADSC directors after the first questionnaire mailing to confirm receipt, provide assistance, and answer any questions.


In terms of respondent burden, we estimate that the respondent will spend on average 10 minutes on the telephone during the follow-up call.
