Subject: Reminder: Invitation to participate in NPHII interview

Last week, I sent you an invitation to participate in an assessment of the National Public Health Improvement Initiative (NPHII) on behalf of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). I subsequently followed up with a telephone call but was unable to reach you.

I would very much appreciate your participation in a 60 minute telephone interview to help understand the extent to which NPHII has supported improvements in public health practice and performance, and to understand the value of NPHII and lessons learned. These findings will inform current and future performance management and quality improvement initiatives.

Please let me know as soon as possible if you are willing to assist us in this effort.
