Thank you for completing the assessment, CDC Prevention Status Reports: User Satisfaction and Impact. Your input will provide valuable information to help CDC deliver more effective support for your efforts to advance evidence-based public health policy and practice.
As the next step of this assessment process, we are reaching out to a randomly selected sample of participants to discuss their assessment responses in more detail. The goal of these telephone conversations is to identify specific examples of your experience with using the PSRs. The results of this assessment will be used by CDC to help determine the value of the 2013 PSRs and inform CDC’s future efforts related to PSRs.
