This is a friendly reminder that the deadline for participating in the follow-up telephone conversations for the assessment, CDC Prevention Status Reports: User Satisfaction and Impact, is [DATE]. The goal of these telephone conversations is to identify specific examples of your experience with using the PSRs. The results of this assessment will be used by CDC to help determine the value of the 2013 PSRs and inform CDC’s future efforts related to PSRs.
