ATTACHMENT H: Online survey reminder

This is a gentle reminder asking you to please complete the online survey regarding your experiences with APS mentoring over the past school year.

This survey is intended to help APS and REL Central better understand current mentoring practices for new and probationary teachers and to improve support for these teachers. All data from this survey will be collected by REL Central and no personally identifiable information will be shared with the district. Taking part in this survey is completely voluntary. It will allow for the gathering of important data on the intensity and types of mentoring you have received, and your opinion on the value of these mentoring activities.

We anticipate this survey will take approximately 10-20 minutes and it may be completed and submitted online. To show appreciation for your time and effort, the district will compensate you $25 for completing the survey
