5.	Registered GPA		A; Character. For registered Geographic Phase-In Area (GPA) Gasoline Refiners and Importers only. For the 2004, 2005 and 2006 averaging periods only. Does this report reflect information for GPA gasoline? Enter “Yes” for GPA gas, enter “No” for non-GPA gas. Leave blank if you are not a registered GPA refiner or importer, or the averaging period is outside the duration of the GPA program. Y: Yes, GPA Gasoline Report N: No, non-GPA Gasoline Report

The public reporting and recordkeeping burden for this collection of information is disclosed in the estimates of the individual report form instructions.
