Extension without change of a currently approved collection
On June 30, 2004, the Commission
released a Report and Order granting video relay services (VRS)
waiver request on several TRS mandatory minimum requirements for
VRS providers. The waivers are granted provided that VRS providers
submit an annual report to the Commission, in a narrative form
detailing technical developments that have occurred to enable VRS
Providers to meet the TRS mandatory minimum standards waived in the
Report and Order.

The Commission re-evaluated the
annual number of respondents, responses and the calculation of its
total annual burden hours for this information collection which
contributed to the following adjustments: annual number of
respondents decreased by -4, from 11 to 7 respondents; annual
number of responses has decreased -9, from 17 to 8 responses; and
the annual burden hours has decreased -98, from 162 hours to 64
hours. There are no program changes to the information
collection.
