Abstract: In accordance with the National Capital Planning Commission (NCPC) approved Base Relocation and Closure (BRAC) #133 Transportation Management Plan (TMP) (page 129) and Administrative Instruction (AI) 109, the 2014 Pentagon/Mark Center Transportation/Commuter Surveys will be utilized to support ongoing efforts of the Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) Transportation Management Program Office (TMPO). Results from the 2014 Pentagon/Mark Center Transportation/Commuter Surveys will also be utilized to refine the DoD Shuttle Program and support future transportation related improvement efforts to enhance transportation to and from the Pentagon and Mark Center.
