Abstract: The purpose of this evaluation study is to assess the current status of Ryan White services during the early and later stages of ACA implementation and to collect information on service provisions, quality of care, barriers, gaps, and challenges related to ACA implementation. HRSA will conduct site visits with HIV Provider and Administrator staff on their facility's implementation of the RWHAP in a post ACA environment.
