DOJ's Office of Community Oriented
Policing Services (COPS) is requesting PRA approval of a new
collection from viewers of the Not In Our Town (NIOT) films
produced via a COPS grant to elicit audience opinions and responses
that will be utilized to further improve the NIOT documentaries and
media for future production and to engage the audiences of law
enforcement and the community to what topics are important to
them.
As this is a new ICR, there is
an increase in burden hours due to the implementation of this
survey. This new collection of information will provide Not In Our
Town (NIOT) and COPS with film, webinar and website
users/audiences' opinions and responses that will be utilized to
further improve the NIOT documentaries and media for future
production and to engage the audiences of law enforcement and the
community to what topics are important to them.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
The following is a summary of the topics, regarding
the proposed collection of information, that the certification
