Abstract: Under 18 U.S.C. 923 ATF requires all licensed firearm manufacturers to complete ATF Form 5300.11 prior to April 1 of each year. ATF collects and disseminates data regarding the number of firearms produced by licensed manufacturers within one calenday year to provide the public with firearms production statistics of licensed manufacturers in the United States.
