Request for Approval under the “Generic Clearance for the Collection of Routine Customer Feedback” (OMB Control Number: 1505-0231)

TITLE OF INFORMATION COLLECTION: Treasury.gov Customer Satisfaction Survey.

PURPOSE: The purpose of the survey is to anonymously get feedback about the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s public website, Treasury.gov, from Treasury’s social media and email subscribers to improve Treasury.gov.

A pdf of a test version of the survey is included in the information collection request.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONDENTS:

• Members of the public who follow Treasury on Twitter

• Members of the public who follow Treasury on Facebook.

• Email subscribers of Treasury.gov updates
