DOE requests authorization to collect data on the status of three sub-parts of the Weatherization Assistance Program: Sustainable Energy Resources for Consumers (SERC), Weatherization Training Centers (WTC), and Weatherization Innovation Pilot Program (WIPP). Types of information requested include outlays and related information to the technologies installed, persons trained in weatherization, and homes weatherized. DOE has also requested authorization to liaise regularly with Grantees to gather real-time data on implementation issues, challenges, and activities.
