A survey to establish a baseline assessment of the renewable energy capacity within HUD's public housing agencies and multifamily-assisted housing properties. This information will be the Department's first step toward meeting the 100 megawatt (MW) goal of renewable energy capacity within the federally-assisted housing stock by 2020, as specified in President Obama's Climate Action Plan (CAP).
