Statutory Justification for Information Collection Pursuant to Notice 2014-XX, Process for Public Housing Agency Voluntary Transfers and Consolidations of the Public Housing Program
The authority for the Secretary to pay Operating Fund and Capital Fund to public housing agencies duly constituted under Section 3 of the United States Housing Act of 1937 (42 U.S.C. 1437) is contained in Section 9 of the same statute, as amended.
