Abstract: Under 38 CFR 21.212, VA must control supplies for vocational rehabilitation participants. The information the form collects ensures VA that the veteran needs the supplies to continue his or her program and certifies that the veteran's facility requires the veteran to have the supplies, and that the veteran does not already have them.
