Abstract: FCC Form 605 is a multi-purpose form used to apply for an authorization to operate radio stations and perform a variety of other miscellaneous tasks in the Ship, Aircraft, Amateur, Restricted and Commercial Radio Operators, and General Mobile Radio Services. The Commission is submitting this collection as a revision because some minor edits were made to the Main Form and Schedules B and E of FCC Form 605. The edits were for clarification purposes to ensure that the public fully understood the form and schedules.
