There is a program decrease in burden hours and respondents due to the removal of individuals/households in this collection. During the review process of this renewal, the program realized that individual households should have never been solicited because residents were not qualified to place the traps in the first place. Due to this change, the number of respondents has decreased from 150 to 110, the number of responses has decreased from 3,000 to 2,200, and the burden hours have decreased from 1,500 hours to 1,100 hours.
