There is an overall increase of 2,005 burden hours and 24,053 responses due to the merging of 0581-0127, Regulations for Voluntary Grading of Poultry Products and Rabbit Products, 7 CFR Part 70 which was approved by OMB on 12/26/2013. This merge will keep all voluntary grading of 7 CFR Parts 56 and 70 in one collection, as both serve the same voluntary user fee-for-service and use the same forms.
