system.

While there are no program
changes, our burden estimates have been adjusted by decreasing the
number of respondents from 15 to 10 and by increasing the reporting
time from 12 to 16 hr (per response). Overall, the number of annual
responses have decreased from 15 to 10 and the total hours
(aggregate) have decreased from 180 to 160. The cost to the federal
government has also decreased.
