Information collected is used by TVA
and local power companies. The information will assist homeowners
in obtaining low inter financing, inspection, and any program
incentives they may quality for; and by TVA to analyze savings for
the power.
The increase of responses
represents an increase in TVA's efforts to measure and verify the
effectiveness of these programs and an increase in customer
participation in EnergyRight Solutions related programs. TVA has
eliminated two forms since the previous approval. Forms 17676
(Manufactured Home Validation) and 17653 (Manufactured Homes
(Residential) Work Completion Form) were outdated and no longer
used by the program.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
