Abstract: The OCSLA requires DOI to monitor and assess the impacts of resource development activities in Federal waters on human, marine, and coastal environments.This survey will assess the vulnerabilities of six North Slope Native coastal communities in northern Alaska as to the potential effects of offshore oil and gas development on the social well-being and living conditions of its residents.
