This information collection has been revised to reflect a change in the number of respondents as well as the number of responses, and to clarify the time it takes to make each submission. Another grant has been included which is the Operating Fund Program that uses the Form 50080-OFND. This grant program accounts for 80 percent of the the increase in burden hours. In addition, the Form 50080-NN and corresponding burden hours have been removed as no such grants remain.
